It's great to hear from you every once and again through this mailout. Anyway I can completely relate to your past problem of being spread too thin. But then again that is one of the downfalls of being an overachiever and a overzealous worker :-)

It's a very good lesson to learn that while we may want to partake in many tasks and excel in all, our mind and body can only take so much rigour. I'm happy that you found your work pace and realized the issue before you got burnt out!
